1. Customers should decide on their depature point,
travel date, numbers of guests and catering requirements.
2. Contact the booking office by telephone or email
to check availability and make a provisional booking.
3. A follow up to the provisional booking should
be made by sending a completed booking form to the French Brothers
booking office along with a deposit of £400.
4. Final numbers should be confirmed 14 days prior
to the date of the event, unless specific arrangements have been
made with our bookings manager.
5. The final balance of payment for all services,
including catering, is required 14 days prior to the event.
